forward until you love it!
3. Unlimited Revisions: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Request as many changes as needed until yourdesign is perfect.
4. Production (1-3 days): Once approved, your order is produced locally and quickly prepared for the nextsteps.
5. Final Touch & shipping: We carefully package your order for shipping. Shipping details can be found inour shipping Policy.

What's the turnaround time?
Design Preview (1-4 days): After placing your order, within 1 to 4 days you'll get a preview straight to yourinbox.
Production (1-3 days): Once approved, production takes 1 to 3 days to complete.
Shipping (1-4 days): After production, your order is packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4days, with faster options available at checkout.

Do you offer refunds?
Once an order is placed, we can't edit or cancel it due to its personalized natureIf for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with $3-$25 deducted for the designwork already completed. lf your itemarrives damaged, we'll gladly send a replacement.

What if i don't like the design?
We've got you covered with unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction quarantee We won't produce or ship anything until you've fully approved the design. lf you feel a different photo wouldwork better, we can update the artwork for you. Our feam is committed to making all the necessary revisions to ensure you're thrilled with the final result.
